First time I have used your product, so I don't know what my comment is worth but every thing about your introduction seems professional, knowledgeable and customer orientated. So the following is not meant as a complaint.
Couple of minor things that I noticed is that the directions are a bit vague. I am assuming you design your own packaging, if so, it would not be to hard to mark a cutline on the package. The instruction says "inflate" the bag which I assume means blow into the "filter" as there seams no other way, if my assumption is correct again it would not be difficult to show a very simple line drawing of a pair of lips blowing a puff of wind with an arrow pointing to the valve. I know it seems like nitpicking to those of us on the design and supply end who know their product so well they could do it blind folded, where as Joe Blow its a big deal, he wants to grow mushrooms and not stuff it up by getting confused by the directions.

Yummmm. I've always rejected iodised salt because it seemed to be forced onto people but recently watched a Youtube video that deep-dived into the whole story/history - totally surprised how beneficial iodine has been in transforming health is some parts of the world, increases brain functionality and subsequently intelligence.
So I wanted a bio-available form of iodine not an industrially created form and the various research I have explored indicates a pinch of Bull Kelp meal added to the cooking pot, now and then takes care of supplying my body.
Will begin adding your seaweed into my gardening to facilitate helpful iodine levels in the vegies.

Well packed in two cardboard boxes with ices pack inside a insulation foil , all inside a cardboard box .Did order the Monday morning, procesed and packed the following day and in my hands the Wednesday. Great service 👌
