Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide you with a clear understanding of how we handle shipping, delivery timeframes, and important considerations. It's essential to review this policy before making a purchase to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • For smaller orders, we utilise Aramex and Australia Post as our primary shipping providers. Larger orders may be shipped using Toll, Star Track, or other reputable couriers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product, as well as the destination. You can view the shipping costs in your shopping cart before checkout.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes

We strive to dispatch orders within 1 business days from the date of purchase. Grow Kits and Table Top Kits will not be dispatched on a Friday to avoid lengthy delays in warehouses over weekends. Estimated delivery times within Australia typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Delays and Non-Scanning Events

  • In rare instances where an item or carton(s) fails to scan at the courier's depot or experiences missed scanning events,  please contact us and we will work with courier to resolve otherwise we will re-fund / re-send such goods with standard shipping after 10 business days of the last scanning event.
  • Please note that if the original invoice did not include express shipping, express shipping will not be provided for the re-sent items. If express shipping is required, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference between standard and express shipping.
  • Keep in mind that certain items may not be eligible for express shipping due to their size or weight.

Shipping within Australia and Internationally

We offer shipping services across Australia using regular and express services.  Note, due to biosecurity rules some items may not shipped to a destination - we will offer an substitute or refund.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Signature Requirement

Please note that some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package or provide an alternative address where someone can receive the shipment. The need for a signature will depend on the value or nature of the products and the chosen shipping method.

Customer Service Objectives

  • We strive to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is accurate. However as we deal with fresh and live products sometimes there may be unexpected delays however we will communicate promptly and offer alternatives if possible.
  • Standard delivery timeframes range from 2 to 7 business days. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to discuss alternative options such as back ordering or issuing a full refund.
