Which part do I need?

Lid

The airtight snap-on lid that keeps oxygen out so fermentation stays sweet, not sour. The most-replaced part — cracks and warps get in the way of a good seal.

Tap

The spigot for draining off your bokashi tea. Swap it out if it's cracked, leaking or the handle has snapped.

White

Grate

The drainage plate that sits in the base, lifting scraps above the liquid so tea collects cleanly underneath. One grate per pack.

Handle

The carry handle for lifting and tipping your bin. Replace a cracked or missing handle to move a full bucket safely.

Fitting tips

Lid: line up the seal all the way round and press until it clicks — a full seal is what keeps odours in and oxygen out.
Tap: hand-tighten the backing nut firmly; don't over-crank it or you'll distort the washer.
Grate: sits flat in the base with the legs down, creating the reservoir for your bokashi tea.
Handle & compactor: clip straight in — no tools needed.
