What's in the box
Four seasonal oyster mushroom blocks — fully colonised and ready to fruit. The varieties rotate with the seasons (we grow what fruits best right now), so each Oyster Oasis is a little different. You can expect a selection from our range of oyster varieties: Blue Shimeji, Silver Shimeji, Snow White, Chocolate, Pearl, Pink, Yellow, or Phoenix Oyster — some of the most visually striking and delicious mushrooms we grow on the farm.
Each block is capable of producing up to 500g on first harvest, with up to four flushes possible depending on conditions. Across four blocks, that's a meaningful amount of fresh, gourmet mushrooms grown right on your bench.

How it works
Unbox, open each grow bag slightly for airflow, mist lightly once or twice a day, and keep out of direct sun. Pins typically appear within a few days to a week depending on the variety and your conditions. Harvest by twisting and pulling the cluster cleanly at the base when the caps are fully formed but before the edges start to curl. Rest the block for a week, then go again.
