• 01 - Add food Waste + Bran
Add kitchen waste including meats, fats, citrus in small amounts, cover with Bokashi bran and press down.
Avoid wet waste or add more bran to help absorb moisture.

• 02 - Ferment & Drain
Once the bin is full, let it sit for two weeks at around 20C. Regularly drain the liquid out. Dilute 1:100 and use as a fertiliser or pour down the drain to help you septic tank out.

• 03 -Dig & Grow
After two weeks the food waste will still look the same but it is fermented and ready to be added to the soil, compost bin or worm farm.

• 04 -Start Over
Give the bin a quick washout and start again. Hint, cover the bottom with paper towel and some bran for a kickstarter.
