Hydrated lime or builders lime (Calcium Hydroxide).  Used for pasteurising straw or sugarcane bagasse mushroom substrate by applying at 1g per litre of water, resulting pH should be 13 or higher. Soak substrate for 12 - 24 hours.

Hint, works well for oyster mushrooms supplementing with fresh coffee grounds or even up to 30% soy hull supplementation.
